Waking Up Me!

Have you ever asked yourself this question? Who am I?  And what does it matter? It matters because God made me just the way I am for a reason.  For so long I toiled as I sought purpose in life. What's this life for anyway? I so related to the words in the Creed song of a similar name,  What's This Life For:  Hurray for a child That makes it through If there's any way Because the answer lies in you They're laid to rest Before they know just what to do Their souls are lost Because they could never find What's this life for... All day today--and for so long before this that I can't even tell you when it first began--God has been trying to get me to let go. To trust him. To turn to him. To embrace his Truth.
